identify these wheels

I need help identifying these wheels done search can't seem to find anything anyone know off the top of there head?

After creeping his photobucket page I came up with this pic with the center cap...

With the manufacturer name now in hand I did a handy dandy search and it apprears to be the Kinesis K59 chrome wheel, anodized blue of course.
