Default GTO wheels

Does anyone know if the new GTO wheels will fit on a Trans am? Also, how do you think they would look?

I think they look like crap. You're better off buying aftermarket in my opinion. With all the designs out now, why must GM insist upon coming out with the ugliest wheels on the market? Ford has it down, when it comes to pleasing the customer. Many of those guys don't even have the desire to change wheels, cause the ones their cars come with are so badass.

Correct me if I'm wrong but arnt the tires not as wide as our 275's? Why would you want a thinner contact patch?

It wouldn't be a down size to me, because I have a 97 Trans am and they only had 245s front and back. I just thought it would look cool because they have sharp edges, like my car, and because nobody else has them. And also I am looking to get silver 17 inch wheels and for not that much money, but still be original.
Does anyone know if the bolt pattern and offset will work with my 97 trans am?

everything on the new GTO is expensive, I'm just trying to get the shifter handle and boot I'm gonna be spending in the neighborhood of $200 for it. You want the rims? Have fun with that!!!! GM will rape you for that $!
