Can anyone recommend some good quality paint, self etching premier, and clear coat to paint a set of wheels?

I used duplicolor rattle cans. It was ok, but chipped immediately when I had a tire taken off for a patch. Then there were a few little chips over a couple years from rock and such.

They make some 2k clear in a rattle can, I'd go that route if I had to do it again. It's expensive though.
