What is the stickiest street leagal drag tire that does not have "not for highway use" stamped on them

My Nitto NT05R doesn't say anything like that, that I'm aware of

The NT05 is a great traction tire but if money is no concern I would say hands down the Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R*
