Car came with:

Race Star 15x8 RCE-92-580250DP (5.25" backspacing)
275/50/15 Mickey Thompson e.t. streets
Dana S60 shortened 3/4" on each side with M12 x 1.5 x 50mm studs

Since the studs need to stick out 12mm past the washer it looks like I'm going to need 3-in studs in the rear to pass tech.

Doesn't look like these 601-1412-10 closed end lugs will work, and I'll need to run 601-1422-10. Might even go with wider studs like 1/2-20 RH and run McGard 63004 lug nuts.

My axles are drilled and tapped for M12-1.5, so those studs have to go.

These axles and front hubs are going to a machine shop to be installed the correct way. Strange Engineering A1026A is where it's at. 3" in length, 1/2-20, screw in type. For press in, you can go with Moser Engineering 8010.

For the fronts, the factory studs part number 9595178 has an underhead length of 1.634". I can tell you that with race star 17x7 with 4" backspacing and WS6store ROTO-PKG rotors, an extra 1.25" is needed over stock stud length to clear the shank lug spacer such that you are 1/2" past the spacer. A 2.5" under head stud like A1028A from strange (or any 2.5" stud) is NOT going to pass tech.

So I'm going with 3" strange A1026A on all 4 corners along with some McGard 63004 open ended lugs.

Then when I break these, I'll put the 5/8" ones in.
