I have 315/35r17 Mickey Tompson Pro ET streets on a TTM rim that's offset 44mm. I have no problem driving with 2 people in the car but once there's someone in the back, the car rubs. (They have to sit with their weight half and half over the transmission tunnel in the car, I live in an area where bumps come whenever they want.) I want to lower the car because as it stands, its a monster truck. I wanted to do the Eibach lowering springs that are set for a 1.7 inch - 2.3 inch drop. I also have 5/16 spacers on the car to allow it not to rub on the bump stop because I didn't want to cut it until it was absolutely necessary. Any idea on how I can lower it? I know there are many other pages about this but they really don't explain what happens after, I kinda don't want to roll my fenders either. I had someone recommend air suspension but other said its a bad idea if I plan to lower it.
Once you get the adjustable panhard bar...to center the rear, take a broom stick and lean against the bottom of the tire and qtr panel on each side. Measure the distance from the top of the tire to broom stick and adjust accordingly.

Whatever you do, do NOT get Eibach lowering springs, especially the sportlines, will drop the car way too much with not enough spring rate plus they are known for sagging even further down.
There are a ton of better options out there, like Strano, UMI, Hochkiss, SLP, etc. When buying springs remember you will want to get good shocks that can handle the added rate and lower ride height (not stock or autozone replacements). Otherwise the car will ride and handle poorly, especially if you are having issues with people in the car now.
You could also look into some good coilovers like ridetech or UMI/Strano custom Afco coilovers.
As others have said above you need an adjustable PHB and roll your fenders or if you have the money you can look into a watts link.
I would also check your bumpstops to make sure they are in ok condition.
Yeah I have to agree that the Eibachs are a big NO. Many other brands have surpassed them by offering a more predictable ride height, ride feel, and stance. JD above mentioned pleny of great choices. I happened to go with Hotchkis springs and Strano Bilsteins. Been very happy with the results.
