Going from a 35 series to 45...

Time for new rear tires and I was thinking about going to Nitto 555 295/45/18 tires from my Pirelli ASSimetricos 295/35/18.

Other than the back of my car sitting 1" higher and 1"of my wheel gap being filled in, will I notice anything else? (other than my speedo being off)

I figure since there's more sidewall, I can get better traction and also will feel bumps less? Will the handling of my car (awesome right now) be affected much?

I checked the "Will it fit" thread for any information on this and couldn't find anything.

I dont know about traction but it may confuse the ABS and TCS since the front and rear will have different heights.

Speedo will be off, ASR won't work, and ABS will not work . . . .
