Default Storing tires long term

I had to part out one of my cars because it rusted out. Problem is it had brand new tires on it and the replacement car I bought also has brand new tires. What should I do for storing the tires long term?

Bag and seal them individually, large trash bag. Use a vacuum cleaner to evacuate. Store in cool dry place away from electric motors, they produce ozone.

I have read that it is better to store them vertically instead of horizontally to reduce stress and distortion. Rotate them periodically for best results.
