Where to get wheels widened?

Where to get wheels widened? I really want my ws.6 wheels widened, I know some people have done it, but where?
I was thinking I would move my back wheels to the front because they are 17x9.5? and then get the front wheels widened to 17x11, and put them on the back. Does this sound like it should work alright?
