Default Forgestar CF5 and tire size

Hi all, I'm sure this topic has beaten to death but I needed some feedback on what wheel/tire size to get. My car is a 2000 Camaro SS, has BMR 1.25" lowering springs and BMR tubular front and lower control arms, LCA relocation brackets, etc. Currently running staggered Corvette Z06 wheels with Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport tires but tires are worn and figured its a good time for new wheels and tires. Also recently did heads/cam/intake/headers so cars putting down much more power and having a hard time keeping traction.
I've decided on Forgestar CF5 wheels in gunmetal gray, either 18" or 19"s. But not sure about offset/backspacing and getting something that'll fit the wheel wells without rubbing fenders and being able to fit a BBK later down the road. Anybody have experience with this on a lowered f body? Any suggestions on tires and tire size as well? Don't want them sticking out, just want everything nice and flush. Any feedback will be much appreciated! Pics are my current setup and my inspiration setup.

sticky at the top of the wheels/tire section has all the offset/wheel size info you need

https://ls1tech.com/forums/wheels-ti...must-read.html

personally, 18's are the biggest I'd go on a Camaro, Trans Am's can pull 19's off with the right wheel. for me, i like a square setup on these cars so i am running 18x10.5 wheels with 295/35 tires on all 4 corners of my car and i am lowered ~2in all around. rear fenders are rolled and a little BFH to make the rear fit, nothing in the front.

I've had my F14 for about 6 months now. They are 18x11 on all 4 and I am running 315 square tires. If I had to do it all over again, I think I would have went with 19" not that 18" is bad but I think 19" would have been just that little bit extra.

I thought about 19s as well, the only reason I went with 18s is hoping for better ride quality with more sidewall on the tires. My suspension setup is super stiff so anything the can help soften the ride would help. I had 20s at one point and that sucked super bad!

Be careful about the tires, check the width vs. wheel size, making sure there's minimal roll through the turns.

47 offset on all 4. BFH in the rear and running a 3mm spacer on the rear as well. Wanted to make sure I could rotate the tires.

18x10 ET 42 will look the same as Chris' car front... it will be pretty flush. Seems to me this would be a good setup if you don't want the biggest tire you can fit. I have CF5 18x11 ET45 square with 285/30R18 on it now. I had 315/30R18 previously. I'll be going back to 315 next year. I debated on 19 as well... I'm happy I went the 18 personally.

You probably know 18's have better sets of choices, for overall diameter. All 19's are more restrictive, when fitting under your wells.

I ended up ordering 18x10s with 40mm offset all around. Ordered from Sam Strano, that man knows his stuff! I live in Seattle where we get lots of rain so he recommended the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires in 285/35R18. Said they surpass most summer tires and perform super well in wet and cold weather. Would be nice to drive with confidence in the rain!
