Z06 Wheel Question
Z06 Wheel Question Hey all!
I have a 98Z and looking at adding the 18" chrome Z06 wheels on it on all four corners. I have noticed some people using the 9.5" wheels and the 10.5" wheels. I am looking at running 295/35/18 or 315/35/18 tires. I do not want the tires to rub r have to do any modifications. The car is at stock height and I am not going to lower it. Any help and info would be great!!!

If you go with 10.5's in the rear you'll want to get the 53mm offset (or less - like 50mm - if you can find them) that should prevent you from having rubbing problems on the inner fenders with either tire size (although the 315's may still be pretty close). I'm thinking that the standard 56mm offsets would probably clear the 295's, but not the 315's. IMO, stick with the 53mm offset and you'll be okay.
Since you're not lowered you shouldn't need to worry about rolling the fenders. If you do plan on lowering the car in the future this will become necessary.
