+35mm offset Front wheel

Would this be ok on an 8.5 inch wide wheel up front on a 2001 WS6? According to a “will they fit” type website, they’ll stick out 8.6mm further than the stock Ws6 alloy, but My car has never had stock wheels whilst I’ve owned it so have nothing to compare that 8.6mm extra poke to.. my current wheels are TT2 in 9.5 in an unknown offset.

Thanks, that is exactly the info I was looking for. Not sure how I’ve missed the other thread as I’ve been searching for a Long time!!
