Default Steer me in the right direction please

94 Transam. This started happening after lowering.Wheels and tires are 18x9.5 all around +35 offset.
I noticed my tire is obtaining damage now. I got an adjustable founders panhard bar after lowering the car and the car looks uneven still. The shop that installed it said that’s the best they could do with that bar? (Unless they did it wrong)
What are my options aside from new wheels/tires ? Or am I screwed. You can see the paint on the tire on the second pic .

I have a Trans Am myself and have had wider wheels on without much trouble, the offset must not be working with that set up very well. You could try to have your inner fender lip rolled to avoid any damage.

Can’t tell if the rear end is centered or not.
Panhard should be checked

I agree. The pictures that the OP posted, all appear to be pictures of the RH side of the car. When a 4th gen F-body is lowered, the body "pivots" around the panhard mount on the chassis, which draws the axle to the right side of the car, putting the RH wheel/tire closer to the fender opening. The OP either has to shorten the PHB (unless the rear is already centered under the car), or get wheels with a different backspacing.

EDIT....I should have said "lengthen" the PHB. You need to move the axle closer to the left side of the car.

So I ended up getting new bump stops and rolling the fenders and I hear no more scraping 🙌🏼
