stock wheel off sets

stock wheel off sets So i'm in a situation where i need new rotors. the previous company " Precision brake company" no longer exists.
I'm running 14 x1.25 rotors with no direct replacement available .So with that said I'm looking at Willwood big brake kit to get back to close to what i have. unfortunately they don't have the exact size hat that i have currently. So im concerned about the offset of my rim fitting.
Does anybody have the offset for a stock rim? my current rims look to have about 7" from back of the rim to the mounting surface.
this could help in making this right. this isnt what i intended on doing but it seems the only option to get her back on the road!!

Offset for the factory wheels (at least the 17x9" ones) is +50mm, I don't remember if it's the same for the 16x8s. But it sounds like you're looking for the backspacing measurement (which can change depending on wheel width, even if offset does not).
