Tire size question for CV05

Tire size question for CV05 Greetings,
2000 Camaro SS. I am looking to get new tires on my 18inch CV05 wheels. I am looking at getting michelin PS4S. my research suggests. Fronts 255/40r18 and Rears 285/35r18.
Front wheels18x9.5+54 offset about 7.38" backspacing
Rear wheels 18x10.5+56 offset about 7.9" backspacing
Will they look ok with that profile and will there be any rubbing? Do I need spacers?
Viking front coilovers and rear koni adjust adjustable shocks eibach lowering springs.
Any advice would be awesome. Thank you.

in my opinion, a 255 would be too narrow for a 9.5" wide wheel, a 275/35r18 would fit perfectly on that size wheel. also could go a little wider on the rear as well, I have 18x10.5 wheels with 295/35 tires on all 4 corners of my car. all depends on what you are doing with the car too. FYI SS and WS6 cars came factory with 17x9.5 wheels with 275/40 tires, so going to a 255 in the front is a huge downgrade in handling. as for the wheel specs, the sticky linked below that is on the wheels & tires page has all the recommended wheel specs listed for you:
