?? About Tire Sizes I had a question about tire size for stock ZR-1 rims? Are there any other size tires that would fit the 17x9.5 rims besides the 275/40ZR17's? Was wondering because I am having trouble finding tires in my area. Also kinda wanted a better gripping tire to get more traction out if the hole. Thanks to all who reply.

t I have 285/40/17 on the rears and 275/40/17 on fronts. They are firestone firehawks and they fit great and are awesome wet and dry traction. But my car is stock so I dont know how they would edo with more hp.

Still wondering about tire sizes? Thanks SMDLS1 I will check into that, But what I was really wondering about was.....will a 275/45 or a 275/50 fit on the 17x9.5 rims? Thanks everyone for your help.

The 275/40/17 will fit great on 17x9.5 wheels even the 285/40/17 will fit. I have 17x9, 10 spoke ss wheels and the 285/40 on the rear and 275/40 on front and they fit great. Hope this helps.
