Steel wheels, how much torque

Steel wheels, how tight to torque I am having trouble finding how hard I should torque down my steel wheels for winter.
2000 Z28.
I found some info for an 85 camaro that said 105 ft/lbs for aluminum, 80 ft/lbs for steel. Any input on that? I figure I will throw on some blue locktite at 80 just to make sure nothing goes anywhere.
