Question about different size tires...
I have tried to do searches on this, and haven't really found the answer.
The question, on an Fbody, how much tire height difference can you have, and still have trac control (never use it anyway) and ABS? I would like to lower the front a little with the stock 275/40/R17 on it, and get a tire that is taller in the rear (either more sidewall, or an 18" rim).
Some things I have read:
-You can't tune for the difference
-10% is the max difference
-5% is the max difference
If anyone knows, or has first hand knowledge, I would appreciate it. TIA

10% worked for me. You cannot change anything in the pcm (as of now) to reflect the different tires. If your ABS INOP comes on youll know its not working.
The size of the rim has nothing to do with the wheel rotation. Its the overall tire circumfrence of the tire.
