I dont know about the Camaro wheels, but the stock Chrome T/A Wheels require Acorn Bulge, otherwise use the seat that applies to the wheels you do have.

This is what I just bought and installed recently:

Desc: GORILLA LOCK & LUG NUT PKG, ACORN BULGE, 20 PK, 12mm X 1.5
(I bought them at Thunder Racing for $29 shipped)
These are closed-end lug nuts, but I think the track requires open-end lug nuts.
