First off, I need to know if chrome can be powdercoated? If it can, how do you think stock 16" 5-spoke Z28 wheels would look with black spokes/centercaps, and a silver lip? I know a guy that does good powdercoating work and im thinking of having this done, because I cant afford new wheels/tires with all my other expenses. Thanks.

I believe it can maybe will need sandblasting but i think they can just tape the lips of and powder the centers
