Question on new slicks??

I just bought a set of Weld Draglites with MT slicks that are screwed to the rim. I bought them from a guy so they have 4 passes on them. They don't have tubes in them though. SHould I get tubes put in them or leave them as they are? As they are now, they leak down and have to have air put back in them after a day or so. That is why I was wanting to know how you guys with slicks screwed to the wheel are running them. Thanks in advance

I have a freind that has been drag racing for years(8 second Monza) I have sen him put a can of Fix a flat in his rears with new slicks. Obviously he is not useing a tube.

I ran screws in my draglites. Never used a tube. If I left them in storage for more than 2-3 weeks then would slowly loose air. If they're leaking faster.. I'd try the fix-a-flat stuff first.

Thanks...I just got them so I am not really sure how fast they leak down...I am just going by what he said. I am gonna try them out this weekend, so we'll see then. Thanks again
