E/T Streets Question
E/T Streets Question Pretty soon I'm gonna get a pair of E/T Streets to put on the rear. I can't afford new wheels and tires, since I'm having to pay for headers due to a busted exhaust. I was looking at the 26x10.5x16. My car has the 16x8 10 spoke split type rims. I have to keep my stock 245/50/16 tire size. I'll only put on the street slicks for track use and occasional playing around on the street.
I just wanted to know if anyone has ever had any issues with this combo. I seem to remember reading someone post about how their ABS or TCS had some issues and caused everything to get kinda funky.
Also, will I be able to leave the shifter in D, or will I have to shift it manually?

My ABS light comes on at the end of the track but I dont think it comes on during street driveng...They are Not very good as a Street tire ,the sidewall is Very mushy. The car feels like it is all rolly polly, and dont forget to slow way down on the offramp.
Well, like I said, I'm just gonna throw 'em on every once in a while. I'm well aware of how they ride. I just wanted to make sure that the performance of the car wouldn't be hurt.

With my et streets and skinnies on I do get the ABS light on the street. It resets when you start the car. I do occasionally run with ET Streets when I am too lazy to change over from the previous Track trip.
