The LT1 That Could

I noticed there are differences with what has to be done to get welds to fit on a LT1 compared to an LS1....would somebody mind just explaining what an LT1 requires as far as grinding, spacers, or different studs (which i really dont want to do if i can get away with it). Also what is lugnuts would you recommend??
