z06's starting to rust..Help!

z06's starting to rust..Help! I live in southern indiana, where the weather is not at the greatest. I drive my car on occasion, even though the weather here is fairly rough. Caught our first 70 degree day today, so i went out to the car wash. Washed off my car and wheels and all, and started to noticing that there is spots starting to barely rust where the lip and the spoke connect. I know theres probably nothing to fix it, but what can i do to help out for the future. I have salad shooters, but no tires on them. I guess i should have got them ready and put them on for this winter, but i've only had the z06's on for about 8 months. Any suggestions?
