Long shank, closed end lug nuts for my Prostars and open end accorn lugs for my TT II's.

I use the regular long shank open-end for the ProStars at the track, but I'm in search of something better than stock lug nuts for the street.

I show my car often and want something that looks nice.

Is there such a thing as a closed-end lug nut that is long enough to clear the longer ARP studs? Or at least a longer open-end lug nut? Threads sticking out doesn't look too great I don't think.
