Convo Pros
After leaving the tire shop I go on the freeway and at 80+ I shake a vibrate.
Two wheel shops now have told me the rims are lug centric and they are not mounted center. They say I need a centering ring.
I talked to Centerline and they say they have no cetering ring and their lug centering works just fine.
Well I took my stock rims had them all 4 balanced, 1st I put the rears on only to see the differance.
Much improved and the front wheel shook just a tad.
So I changed the front skinnys and the car rolls like a dream.
So I need some hub ceteric rims, plus I don't like the Convos anyway.
They stick out too far and I like spokes better.
I've heard Bogarts are the way to go.
Where can I find Bogarts for sale and are they hub centric??
We can help you with all your Bogart needs. Our rims are not hubcentric, I don't believe you will ever find a drag rim that is hubcentric. I'm wondering if you have balanced the wheels correctly, possibly the tires were defective. I suppose the rims may not have been drilled correctly for the bolt holes though I'd have my doubts on that one.
Your looking now at the cream of the crop wheels...e-mail me directly at sjmmanufacturing@verizon.net if you need specific help.
