Torque Spec for 3pc wheels? anyone?

Torque Spec for 3pc wheels? anyone? I have 3 piece wheels that i am wanting to take the center out to powder coat. i dont know if its different for every rim, but anyone know what the torque specs would be? i bought these on tirerack and the manufacturer SSR is based in Japan so im kinda outta luck calling the company

anyone? not specs for lugnuts, but the small screws that go along the outer center? i know its not hard to take em off, but i just need to know when putting them back together.. i just dont want to over/under tighten
i just figured that someone has already experienced taking centers out on other rims before would be able to help me out here, and would know off the top of their head the specs.. its okay though.. i'll guess i will visit a wheel repair shop and ask them. thanks
