Staggered Wheel Sets on eBay--Argh!

Staggered Wheel Sets on eBay--Argh! Why is it nearly impossible to find 4 same-sized wheels on eBay? It seems like every dealer wants to make you buy something like (2) 17x9.5 and (2) 17x11 wheels. I've even e-mailed most of the larger sellers and they seem to only want to offer staggered sets. I know that's normal for a 'vette, but it's not what I need for AutoX.
Well, (2) 17x9.5 and (2) 17x11 is not really a staggered wheel setup. Staggered means having two different diameter wheels, not widths (like 17" in front and 18" in rear). The majority of companies sell 'em like this because most people that buy high-performance cars want bigger meats in back and the wider rear wheels allow this...
