Need help with wheels..

Need help with wheels.. I have a 94z28 and want to run some skinnys and some wide meats in the back... I am looking at the new mickey thompson et

I know I am of course going with the fronts 15X3.50 with the sportmans mt tires, anyone else recomend some of tire brands...
and for the rears I am debating on the 15X8 15X10 and have no clue what backspacing to use... Also I want to run the et street radials and what size do you all recomend using 295/50/15 etc...
This is not a daily driver, but if I am stuck in the rain I can deal with the et street radials, I currently have them on my car on stock rims...
