tire rubbing after Pro-Kit?!
I still ahve to decide on tires. I have 18s Cragar SS (18*9), i also bought an eibach pro-kit and Bilstein HD shocks. I wanted to know if it's possible to run 275/35 all around. Is there going to be any rubbing? what should the offset be? +.36 or greater I heard is that true? What tires would I have to buy when I wanted to run 245 or 255 in front? Is the chance of tire rubbing less with these tires? Thank You

you shouldnt. the back on the pro kit usually sits a little lower than the front. what i did cause it looked kind of goofy, was i to some 5/8' heater hose and wrapped it around one coil and second one from the top, so i could still use the rubber mount. it raised it up just enough to help the stance out. if i had pics i would share but the car still needs paint work.

If you run P275/35R18 tires with 18X9 Cragars WITH A +.36 OFFSET or greater, you shouldn't have a problem with the Eibach Pro-Kit. We have installed the Eibach Pro-Kit that is built for GMMG on several cars here at my shop and haven't encountered any problems.
In fact here is a pic of the GMMG Eibach Pro-Kit installed on a 1999 Z/28 with 18X9 Cragar Wheels and P275/35R18 Hankook tires.
