Nope it's 120.65mm

4.75 is inches

There is a guy selling me some evo hypersilver dark that says the they are 5x4.57" and 38mm offset.. I'm under the impression the correct bolt and off set is 120mm and 38mm..

Any suggestions.

The correct bolt pattern is 5x4.75" or 5x120.65 mm. See the stickys at the top of this forum for all the correct offset ranges.

You really need to check the center hold, for the hub. That will make or break you. If it is too big, you could run into some serious issues.
