Slicks-Tubes or no tubes?

Slicks-Tubes or no tubes? First off I dont know **** about slicks so please help me.....thanks
ok so I got some 15" wheels for my car and I got these tires

they are 26x8.5-15......do I need tubes for them? I have no clue about slicks.......
also they are bias ply what the hell does that mean? it says dont run radials and bias on the same car.........I was hoping to leave my stock radials on the front for now and run these out back.
This is for track only and I trailer my car so will I have any problems with this bias in back radial up front thing?

From my research, tubes are optional. They are probably safer if you plan on running real low preasure in them.
Bias ply means they don't have the steel belted radial strips in them. As for radial on front and bias on back, that is how I run at the track and it makes it a little scary towards the end of the run. The car feels really squirrely. My buddy said putting his bias front runners on fixed that for him.
