how do i get new wheel studs in the hub?
Vice and block of wood or metal, making a pseudo-press?
You could also try putting a pipe (with an ID slightly bigger and slightly longer than the stud )on the front side of the hub and with a vice or large c clamp squeeze the stud back through the hub.
Don't know if you get the visual, from my decription
