Default Bigger wheels, Comp reprogram?

I just picked up some bigger (17's in the front, 18's in the rear) wheels to have fun at the track and on the street with, I dont need to do anything to the computer (i.e. reprogram) when I put them on do I? The stock (16's) total diameter is only about .10 of a inch difference from my new wheels, is this close enough so that I dont have to reprogram the comp? The diff between the front (17) and back (18) is about .07 of an inch, I dont care about my speedo being slightly inaccurate since these wheels arent permanent, I just wanna use them at the track and maybe some weekends so it wont be convenient if the comp has to be reprogrammed each time I swap. Will my tranny shift right? I think this is all the info you guys need to answer my ?. Thanks!

Wheels have absolutely nothing to do with it. It is the overall diameter of the tire.

Different overall diameters will have a slight effect on gearing. But within .1" it's not going to matter.

great! thats what I thought but it never hurts to make sure. Any idea how much is too much, how much of a margin is too much where I would consider reprogramming? just for future reference. Thanks
