Default would these adapters work well?

I am looking to widen the stance on the rear. These have been tempting me for a long time. I keep hearing about "hubcentric" and these don't say it in the desrciption. Would these work well and feel good? I really don't want ANY vibrations from these and will not get them if they might vibrate.

Thanks for any help in advance!

These are the "best" kind since there is a "hub" to center the wheel.

A hub centric adapter, the hole fits perfect around the OEM Axle Hub . .

A Wheel Centric adapter recreates the Hub, to center the wheel.
