Instant wheel cleaner...
Two thumbs up!
Maybe I'm the only idiot out there, but for anyone else who hasn't tried the "easy way out," go for it.
I've had this car with chrome wheels for almost 4 years, and my last car for 4 and a half years with chrome wheels.
To clean them, I used soap and water, then a wax or polish. 2 hours later, the wheels looked great.
But, since that job sucks so much, I haven't thoroughly cleaned my wheels in years.
Along comes Meguiar's Gold class instant wheel cleaner ($5).
Rinse wheels with water.
Spray on. Rub if necessary.
Let sit for 15 seconds.
Spray off.
2 minutes later, my wheels look showroom new!! Well.... about 90% there. Shiney, and completely clean (except for a couple tiny places). It won't win any contests, but for the lazy guy, it's a night and day difference.
Just thought I'd spread the word, soap and water sucks. Sad that it took me over 7 years to realize this.
