Default fender rolling and bfh mod

I wanted to get some 17x11 zr1's for my z28 and from what i've read some fender rolling and the bfh will be necessary....are these things that a typical tire mounting shop (tire barn, tire rack etc) would be able to do?

I used a 3lb sledge hammer for my inner fenders. If the tires rub they will leave marks on the fender well, so you will know where to hammer.
