Do spacers hurt performance?
Do spacers hurt performance? I am about to buy some Z06 motorsports for my lowered 01 WS6. I want to get the 18' 10.5 on the back with 315 nitto drags. The guy at discount tire told me that I would need spacers and it might hurt the performance at the track. Is that true?

Unfortunately people have had wheels come off even without the use of spacers. On the other hand there are spacers/adapters engineered well enough to race with. They were actually OEM equipment on some U.S. Porsche models.
