Default Bolt pattern question

Does any one know if 97 trans am wheels that are 16'' will fit my 98 camro ss that currently has 275/40/17's

aside from needing new tires, yes they will bolt right up.

all the wheels for 93-2002 F bodies are interchangeable.

the 98-02 wheels are Hub centric. The 93-97 are lug centric. So in order to fit newer wheels on an older car all you have to do is grind out the small lip inside the wheel on the backside where the centercap goes in.

others will fit too, a friend of mine has a old set of z28 rims from his 3rd gen with slicks on the back of his 00 cam
