Default What Tire For My Setup?

I'll be running TTII's... the popularized (17X9.5) in the front and (17X11) in the rear. I've done a few searches and have seen mixed opinons on certain brands. As well as different sizes concerning 315's that I plan on running in the back.

I'm relatively new to this section and want to know what will work for my driving conditions: Daily Driver, Street Racing, maybe see the track a few times a year.

I need a street tire that will give me sticky icky when dry and traction when they may see the rain every now and then. So anyways I'm totally lost on where to go from here and thanks for any input!

If you have the cash, I'd consider the Goodyear Eagle GSD3's. Great on dry, great in rain. One of the best street tires IMO.
