c5 wheel w/phoenix cap???

hey guys, i need to know where and who makes this cap for the center of these c5 style wheels... this auction still should be active... check it out and let me know if you have a lead on this..also.. if and wherever i find them does ti matter if the finish of the c5's i choose is polished or chrome when i select the caps??? thanks

all the ones i've seen aren't painted on, just vinyl decals...
