Weird Lug Mount

I just got some Z06's off ebay and today got some tires installed when I noticed that where the lug nuts mount the wheel to the car its flat.

Usally its countersunk to make it mount true to the car. if i run them with my wheel spacers without that center lip to hold them, how can I make sure they are on center?

they are 56mm, i looked around and i guess you use mag wheel lug nuts... they have egg shaped washers to i guess center the wheel. has anyone used these?
