Beadlockd holes?
Beadlockd holes? Some guy in town wants to sell me some 15 x8 5.5 BS rears, for 125 for 2 of em. There drilled for beadlockd screws, i havent seen em, but what the hell do people drill for? And does it look like ****? Or perform any different?
Beadlocked tires go on beadlocked rims. Beadlocked rims and tires are for major hp applications. This is what you see on cars like Top Fuel, Funny Car, etc. Most people run them on fully tubbed rear-ends although you can buy them smaller. I've not seen a street car that would need any. Just search around for some beadlock designs and you'll see, here's a picture just to give you an idea what beadlock rims look like http://www.americanracing.com/wheels...lloy§ion=R, the rims actually get screwed to the tire.

More than likely he has drilled the outer edge of the rim and is using scews to keep the tire from spinning on the rim when you launch the car. Here is a pic of mine and you can see the goldish colored screws along the outer edge.
