Installer put wheel weights on outside I just had a pair of tires mounted and balanced but I
didn't think to tell him I didn't want the weigths on the outside.
I don't own a balancer or tools so am I just going to live with it?

I ALWAYS tell them to use "stick-on weights". They are not as accurate as the hammer weights but they keep your rims looking pretty. Just go back and tell them you wanted stick on weights instead.
