need help sizing up offset/bs on custom 18x10s

I'm looking to go w/ 18x10s all around or 18x10 rear and 18x8 front American Racing TT2s. The problem is that they are custom built and I have to chose the backspace.

I want the set-up to sit out just like the 17x11s in the rear, and just like the 17x9.5's up front.

Based on this info on the 17s, what would your recommendations be on 18s?

17x11= +45mm offset w/ 7 3/4" Backspace
17x9.5 = +46mm offset w/ 7" Backspace

I've figured up what I "think" but have never custom ordered before -once I order, they're mine!!

10" rears I'd say around a 38 to 40 mm offset

8" fronts could get way with a 25 mm offset.

how about when they ask for offset AND backspacing?

My goal is to get them at 0% tucked in, but perfectly flush.

Well, I don't know how that would work, since THEY would dictate one ot the other, since every wheel makers rim bead is a different thickness.

They only need to know either or . . . I've bought 3 sets of custom made FIKSE wheels and have NEVER been asked for both factors . . .

checked the site and they only ask for the inches of backspace. Considering that, and the info on the 17s, what is your opinion?
