Wheels Widened?
Wheels Widened? If heard about getting wheels widened. What kind of wheels can you get widened. Say the make. Cuz i really like the look of HPR5's but 9.5. Cmon can you get these widened to say 12 inches?
Forget a 12" width on HPR5's. I widened mine to 11", and that's the absolute max for the offset they come in otherwise you'd have to install minitubs. Using any kind've spacer to make up for the lack of wheel well depth and they'd just stick out too far. I'm also going to have to relocate my bumpstops inward 1/2". Stick with 11" and run some 315's. Plenty of meat.
well i plan on installing minitubs. See my original plan was to get ZR1's 11 wide but this idea crossed my mind. I like the HPR5's. My car is in pieces now and im installing minitubs so when i hit the strip throw on some big *** Mickeys and watch me fly lol. So since i am doing minitubs a 12 would work or should i still go with an 11?
