Rim widths benefits!
What is the benfits of having a 9.5 all the way around and what are the negatives...what is the benfit of having 9.5 up from and 10.5 in the rear? and what are the negatives of it! Thanks Jason

Benefit of 9.5's all the way around is that it would allow you to rotate your tires
Negative is not a very wide tire if you need additional traction. You are limited to 275-285 width tires.
Benefit of staggered tires is that it would give the car a different look and allow wider rear tires if you need them. Some people really like that look.

Fat tires on the back look really cool, but I know it slowed my car down from the original ZR1s. I'll keep my ZR1s around as my going fast(er) wheels, and the ones in my sig for show.

I like the staggerd look. Not being able to rotate them kinda sucks, but it's the price you pay. You can still rotate them from side to side, just have to break them down and switch rims.
