Default question about backspacing/offset

i put a 9inch that came out of a 3rd gen in my 98' T/A. Bolts up fine, but rear is 2" shorter. I wont have problems with brakes, since they are 14" drums...... Only problem is my spacing. i wanna do 15 X 10 prostars on the back, but i dunno what kinda offset/back spacing im gonna need. i know the 3rd gen offset/backspacing works fine, so if i could find out what that was, then i might be good to go! any ideas?

and FWIW, i only have $500.00 into that 9inch 4.11 rear, including the price i paid for the parts car camaro that had the rear in it. (400 for car, maybe 100.00 for brakelines, new u joint, price to have u joint installed)
