Source for 18" Bullitt style wheels

Looking for suppliers for 18" Bullitt style wheels. Need at least a 45mm offset, with Chevy bolt pattern

Don't really want to install a Fxxd bolt pattern.

Please post some links or addresses for suppliers.

Don't want the two piece Torque Thrusts.

you sure man?? I love F-bodies, and I love bullitts, but I would never mix and match em.
