Default Skinnies on DD?

Who here has skinnies on their daily drivers? I know a couple guys that have them. What wheel/tire combo are you running for the front?

I run all over the place on my skinnies. It's the only set up I have for the car now. They do just fine. I'm running 15x3.5" Prostars with a generic 165R15 radials rated for 44psi. Those tires really arn't recomended but alot of people run them no problem. You could also look at the 8 ply M/T Sportsmans, they would work well but they are heavy and expensive.

I had 195s on my skinnies and it was fine until I had to stop in the rain. LOL I don't know how those honda guys do it. I'd rather be safe. I don't see the point of driving on skinnnies unless you're driving to the track.

My car isn't daily driven (especially with gas prices being what they are), but it does get driven on ocassion with skinnies up front. I'm running on Bogart SS's (15x4) wrapped in M/T Sportman fronts. Each wheel/tire is about 18 lbs, but they are speed/load rated. No problems so far, just be conscious that you are on wheels that are not made for taking hard turns, and are not designed to withstand potholes.

I think I may do it.

Does anyone know which is lighter...The Weld Prostars, or Draglites? I hear I need a spacer in the front, but not the rear.
